Redescription. Colouration. Dark brown to black. First antennal segment, markings on posterior pronotal lobe, lateral portions and apical spine of scutellum, base of corium and a subapical spots, veins, annulations on femur and tibia, posterior half of each connexival segment pale yellow to yellow; spots besides ocellar area, two lateral spots on anterior pronotal lobe pale yellow to brown; tarsi brown ( Figs 157, 218 ).

Structure. Medium sized, pilose. Body clothed with short shining golden setae, intermixed with yellowish brown long setae, with thicker setae especially on coxae and thochanters. Head oblong, anteocular portion a little longer than postocular; transverse constriction posteriad to eyes wide; mandibular plate between antennifers simple, at the same level as clypeus; maxillary plate also in the same level with level with gena; first visible rostral segment distinctly longer than second ( Figs 157, 158 ). Collar processes small; anterior pronotal lobe shorter than posterior lobe, with shallow sculptures, anterior margin of posterior lobe concave, wrinkled, humeral angles acute and recurved, disk with a pair of small tubercles; posterior margin slightly concave, posterior margin ridged laterally. Scutellum with concave pit-like depression in the middle, apical spine long and sharp, erect. Hemelytron of male surpassing, of female not reaching abdominal apex. Paramere irregularly club-shaped, submedian portion with apophysis, apical 1/3 portion slightly hooked curved, apex tapered ( Figs 163–165 ); median process of pygophore spinous, lateral processes small ( Figs 159–161 ); basal plate thick, basal plate bridge slender ( Fig. 162 ); pedicel thick; dorsal phallothecal sclerite V-shaped, covering apical half phallosoma, middle of apex with an anchor-shaped process; struts fused, reaching apical portion of phallosoma; endosoma with a sclerotized hook-like process. ( Figs 166–168 ). Female with visible eighth abdominal tergite narrow and broad, posterior margin straight; ninth and tenth terga fused, slightly oblique downward, lateral portion swollen, central small part depressed; first valvifer narrow and broad, visible part of first valvula not surpassing styloid, apex blunt with dense setae; styloid visible from dorsal view, apex blunt.

Body length 18.1–19.2/20.3–21.1; maximum width of abdomen 5.3–6.2/6.5–7.0; head length 2.93–3.2/2.91–3.1; length of anteocular part 1.6–1.73/1.3–1.45; length of postocular part 0.8–0.91/0.7–0.78; length of synthlipsis 0.64–0.67/0.7–0.81; interocellar space 1.91–0.2/1.93–0.21; length of antennal segments I–IV= 2.4–2.81/2.5–2.7, 4.1/3.7–4.4, 4.8/5.0–5.3, 2.8–3.5/2.7–3.6; length of visible rostral segments I–III= 1.62–1.75/1.69–1.8, 1.19–1.2/1.25–1.32, 0.57–0.6/0.55–0.62; length of anterior lobe of pronotum 1.61–1.72/1.5–1.76; length of posterior lobe of pronotum 2.2–2.6/2.17–2.34; maximum width of thorax 4.7–5.1/ 4.92–5.7; length of scutellum 1.76–1.9/1.7–1.93; length of hemelytron 11.2–13.3/12.5–13.2.

Distribution in China. China: Yunnan (Yuanjiang, Simao, Xiaomengyang, Menghai, Mengla, Ganlanba) ( Fig. 169 ).

Distribution outside China. Laos, Myanmar, Thailand.

Remarks. This species is similar to A. laoensis Distant in colour pattern, but this species about 19 mm and much larger (vs. much smaller in A. laoensis , about 15 mm).
