Specimens measured. SP (7).

Dorsal shield of female reticulate, 320 (305–330) long and 153 (150–158) wide. Setal lengths: j1 19 (18–20), j3 47 (44–49), j4 37 (33–40), j5 41 (38–45), j6 55 (52–60), J2 62 (58–67), J5 11 (10–13), z2 48 (45–51), z4 47 (43–51), z5 41 (38–43), Z1 57 (50–62), Z4 60 (55–63), Z5 63 (60–66), s4 60 (53–68), S2 59 (50–64), S4 47 (43–51), S5 45 (42–52), r3 41 (38–46) and R1 35 (25–41). Peritreme extending to level of j3. Distances between st1–st3 59 (57–60), st2–st2 59 (56–63), st5–st5 54 (52–55). Ventrianal shield 109 (103–115) long, 80 (75–83) wide at level of Zv2 and 69 (65–70) wide at anus level. Spermathecal calyx cup- to bell-shaped, 8 (6–10) long; atrium nodular. Fixed cheliceral digit 22 (20–24) long, with 7–8 teeth; movable digit 25 (24–26) long, with 5–6 teeth. Macroseta only on basitarsus IV, sharp-tipped; StIV 58 (55–63) .

Distribution in Brazil. São Paulo ( Lofego & Moraes, 2003; Lofego et al., 2009) and Tocantins ( Cruz et al., 2014).

Distribution elsewhere. Not reported.

Remarks. Species described from Brazil. The measurements of observed specimens are similar to original description. Specimens mentioned by Cruz et al. (2012) as N. fallacis were reidentified as N. pluridentatus by Cruz et al. (2014).
