According to Ehara (1966a), dorsal shield of female smooth, 350 long and 190 wide. Setal lengths: j1 24, j3 35, j4 5, j5 5, j6 6, J2 6, J5 5, z2 9, z4 9, z5 5, Z1 6, Z4 82, Z5 80, s4 48, S2 9, S4 9, S5 9, r3 20 and R1 8. Peritreme extending to level of j1. Measurements of ventral shields not provided. Spermathecal calyx cup-shaped, measurement not provided. Fixed cheliceral digit with “at least” eight teeth; number of teeth on movable digit not provided. Macrosetae of legs I–IV sharp-tipped; SgeIV 58, StiIV 51 and StIV 78 .
Distribution in Brazil. São Paulo ( Ehara, 1966a; Lofego et al., 2009).
Distribution elsewhere. Not reported.
Remarks. Species described from Brazil. Lofego et al. (2009) provided measurements for two specimens collected from S„o Paulo that were similar to those of the original description, except for s4, about 1.7 times longer.
