Dorsal shield of female smooth, 344 (335–382) long and 220 (210–242) wide. Setal lengths: j1 31 (22–45), j3 42 (32–52), j4 7 (5–7), j5 5 (3–7), j6 7 (4–7), J2 6 (4–8), J5 8 (7–12), z2 11 (8–12), z4 9 (8–12), z5 6 (3–7), Z1 6 (5–8), Z4 98 (85–122), Z5 170 (135–197), s4 81 (57–92), S2 8 (7–10), S4 6 (5–10), S5 5 (3–7), r3 17 (15–20) and R1 8 (5–10). Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 63 (57–95), st2–st2 73 (50–80), st5–st5
71 (62–82). Ventrianal shield 118 (112–130) long, 73 (60–80) wide at level of Zv2 and 75 (67–80) at anus level. Spermathecal calyx cup-shaped, 7 (5–10) long; atrium small. Fixed cheliceral digit 28 (27–35) long, with 11 teeth; movable digit 35 (32–40) long, with three teeth. Macrosetae of legs I–IV, sharp-tipped; SgeI 33 (30–40), SgeII 32 (25–37), SgeIII 39 (30–50), SgeIV 76 (65–87), StiIII 30 (22–35), StiIV 44 (42–50) and StIV 64 (55–72).
Distribution in Brazil. Bahia ( Lofego et al., 2000), Distrito Federal ( Rezende & Lofego, 2011; Duarte et al., 2021), Goiás ( Rezende & Lofego, 2011; Demite et al., 2017; Duarte et al., 2021), Mato Grosso (Ferla & Moraes, 2002a; Demite & Feres, 2007; Demite et al., 2009), Minas Gerais ( Rezende & Lofego, 2011, 2012; Lofego et al., 2013), Pernambuco ( Fiaboe et al., 2007), Rio Grande do Sul (Ferla et al., 2011; Marchetti & Ferla, 2011; Gonçalves et al., 2013), São Paulo ( Zacarias & Moraes, 2001a; Demite et al., 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015; Rezende & Lofego, 2012; Lofego et al., 2017) and Tocantins ( Cañarte et al., 2020).
Distribution elsewhere. Argentina.
Remarks. Species described from Brazil. The measurements of the specimens examined are similar to those of the original description.
