Daidalotarsonemus marini Rezende et al., 2015b: 477 .

Diagnosis. Female: Gnathosoma : Palpal length about 1/4 length of gnathosoma. Dorsum: Somewhat reticulate ornamentation on prodorsum. Tergites C and D ornamented with longitudinal depressions. Setae v1, sc2, c2 and h unmodified in shape. Setae v1 shorter than sc2 (~ 32 and ~ 42, respectively). Setae c2 about as long as h (~ 25). Setae c1, d, e and f leaf-shaped. Setae c1 spatulate in shape, longer than c2 (~ 35) and inserted near midlength of tergite C. Setae d unique in shape (linear with two lateral veins), width (~ 4), and longer than e, f and h (~ 50). Setae e and f identical and shape (elliptical with two lateral veins), length (~ 26), and width (~ 11). Setae f ~9 distant from each other, on somewhat rounded tubercles. Venter: Tegula truncate. All apodemes distinct. Apodemes 2 not fused to prosternal apodeme. Poststernal apodeme bifurcated anteriorly. Legs: sensory cluster of tibiotarsus I complete. Seta tc” of tarsus II distinctly serrate and robust. Male & larva: unknown.
