Basidiospores star-shaped, ochraceous, provided with numerous knobs (8–15), 1.2–2.4 µm high, subisodiametric, (9.1–)9.4– 10.6 –11.9(–13.1) × (7.1–)7.5– 8.1 –8.8(–9) µm. Q = (1.16–)1.18– 1.3 –1.4(–1.5) (40 spores). Basidia hyaline, claviform, 4-spored. Gill edge more or less the same colour as the faces (due to brownish content). Cheilocystidia (46.4–)46.7– 49,3 –52(–52.3) × (13.2–)13.4– 14.6 –15.7(–15.8) µm. Q = (3.1–)3.1– 3.4 –3.7(–3.72) (10 cystidia), very frequent, well differentiated, hyaline or showing a brownish intracellular pigment, crystalliferous at apex, lageniform, with prominent neck; paracystidia clavate, hyalin. Pleurocystidia numerous, similar to cheilocystidia, (50–)50– 59 – 71.4(–78) × (14–)14.2– 16.9 –19.4(–20) µm. Q = (2.94–)2.97– 3.5 –4.26(–4.58) (12 cystidia), hyaline or showing a brownish intracellular pigment, thick-walled (2.3–2.5 µm), with very pale-yellow reaction to ammonia. Caulocystidia very abundant, lageniform with well delimited neck (41–)44.1– 54.2 –62.2(–63.4) × (14.7–)14.7– 15.5 –16.7(–16.9) µm. Q = (2.72–)2.81– 3.4 –4.1(–4.14) (7 cystidia), with dark brown content, crystalliferous, present from the apical part to the base of the stipe in tufts, with numerous hyaline clavate paracaulocystidia. Clamps present.
