Type Locality. India: Rohtang Pass , Himachal Pradesh [NW India, Himachal Pradesh, Rohtang Pass, Khoksar alpine meadows] .

Type Depository. Holotype, M ( SIZK); 114 Paratypes, SU ( CCW, CMK, NHML, SIZK).

Distribution in India. Himachal Pradesh (Kullu District, Lahaul and Spiti District).

General Distribution. India.

Remark. As the presence of this species in Jammu & Kashmir requires confirmation, this locality is not included here. The species is considered endemic to India.
