Distribution: Pantropical and subtropical.
Records in Mexico: Yucatan, Quintana Roo, Campeche, Chiapas and Veracruz.
Biogeographic province: Yucatan Peninsula. Veracruzan.
Habitat: Litter in a cave. Flooded lowland rainforest leaf litter. Decaying trunks of Bursera simaruba and Spondias mombin . Pitfall traps in medium rainforest. Leaf litter under trees and bushes in a secondary semi-evergreen tropical forest.
