Type specimens: Holotype: male, CHINA: Yonghe, Longyan (117°01΄E, 25°06΄N), Fujian Province, alt. 355m, 20. VII. 1965, Shengli Liu leg.. Paratypes: 2 males, 5 females, same data as holotype; 1 male, CHINA: Zhangzhou (117°39΄E, 24°31΄N), Fujian Province, alt. 355m, 20. V. 1980, Shengli Wu leg.
Diagnosis: Recognized by reddish brown body, vertex width 2.0–2.1 times eye width, antennal segment I length equal to vertex width, antennal segment II yellowish brown with apical portion black, length 1.6–1.7 times head width (included eyes), scutellum lateral margin with narrow yellowish white spot, femur pale reddish brown, with two dark rings.
Description: Body oval, shining, reddish brown, covered with dense pale setae.
Head projected, shining; frons with a distinct blackish brown triangular spot; vertex with two lateral lines; clypeus blackish brown with sparse short setae. Eyes reddish brown. Antennal with dense pale pubescence, segment I cylindrical, reddish brown, slightly narrowed at base; segment II blackish brown, apical portion dark; segment III and IV blackish brown. Labium yellowish brown, extending to mesocoxa. Pronotum shining, covered with punctures; collar smooth, yellowish brown to reddish brown, brilliant; calli reddish brown, shining, continuous anteriorly, slightly raised, with a hollow near each anterolateral margin; posterior margins concavely sinuate. Scutellum ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ) reddish brown, without puncture, lateral margin with narrow yellowish white spot. Hemelytron reddish brown, shining, covered with coarse reddish brown punctures, membrane pale yellowish brown, vein blackish brown. Leg reddish brown, tibia reddish brown, tarsus and claw blackish brown. Venter reddish brown, with dense pale pubescence. Ostiolar peritreme pale yellowish brown.
Male genitalia. Left paramere ( Fig. 30 View FIGURE 30 – 34 ) strong, sensory lobe developed, bent toward one side distinctly, hypophysis ( Fig. 31 View FIGURE 30 – 34 ) bent towards left; right paramere ( Fig. 32 View FIGURE 30 – 34 ) small, sensory lobe rounded, hypophysis bent; vesica ( Fig. 34 View FIGURE 30 – 34 ) with membranous lobes and 5 sclerotized appendages.
Distribution: China (Fujian).
Etymology: Named for the similarity to C. koreanus Linnavuori.
