LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Mfuwe, in Eastern Province ; Kafue and Lusaka, in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include the following species from the plant family Asteraceae : Ageratum sp. , Bidens pilosa L., Calendula sp. , Carthamus tinctorius L., Cinerana sp., Coreopsis sp. , Cynara sp. , and Pluchea dioscoridis (L.) DC. The taxon is also hosted by a Macadamia plant sp. ( Proteaceae ).
