DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Mbala, in Northern Province ; Kafue, in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): A host plant from the family Combretaceae , Combretum molle R.Br. ex G.Don , is reported for the taxon in South Africa ( Schintlmeister & Witt 2015). No host plants are known for Zambia.
