DISTRIBUTION: Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: East Luangwa district , in Eastern Province ; Lusaka and Chilanga, in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include two Fabaceae species, Brachystegia spiciformis and Julbernardia globiflora ( Pinhey 1975) .
