DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Kopa ** and Mpika ** in Muchinga Province ; Chililabombwe ** in Copperbelt Province ; Kasama ** in Northern Province **; Solwezi in Northwestern Province .
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include: one Phyllanthaceae species, Bridelia micrantha (Hochst.) Baill. ; one Peraceae species, Chaetocarpus africanus Pax ; one Apocynaceae species, Diplorhynchus sp. ; one Rubiaceae species, Coffea sp. ; one Fabaceae species, Cynometra alexandri C.H.Wright and one Malvaceae species,
Triumfetta brachyceras K.Schum.
