DISTRIBUTION: Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Lusaka , in Lusaka Province; Livingstone, in Southern Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include three Loranthaceae species namely, Plicosepalus curviflorus Tiegh. , Agelanthus natalitius (Meisn.) Polhill & Wiens and Oncocalyx quinquenervius (Hochst.) Wiens & Polhill.
