DISTRIBUTION: Botswana, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Kafue, in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Host plants include Coffea sp. (Rubiaceae) , Markhamia platycalyx (Baker) Sprague (Bignoniaceae) , Musanga cecropioides R.Br. ex Tedlie (Urticaceae) , Lagerstroemia flos-reginae Retz. (Lythraceae) Uapaca sp. (Phyllanthaceae) and Lagerstroemia sp. (Lythraceae) .
