DISTRIBUTION: Australia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gambia, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia , Réunion, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Kafue and Lusaka , in Lusaka Province; Mufulira, in Copperbelt Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Host plants include a yet to be identified Oleaceae species ( Jasminum sp. ) in the Réunion and another yet to be identified Rubiaceae species ( Gardenia sp. ) in an unnamed African country or countries. A yet to be identified Oleaceae species ( Jasminum sp. ) and Rubiaceae species ( Gardenia sp. ) are also indicated as larval foodplants of the taxon ( African Moths 2019).
