DISTRIBUTION: Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Type locality Zambesi [now Zambezi] River, without indication of the specificic area of the river where the taxon was collected. The Zambezi River occurs in the Northwestern , Western , Southern and Lusaka Provinces of Zambia .

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Unknown.
