Artbeschreibung: Unterscheidet sich von V. lutea durch folgende Merkmale: Teilblätter nur 2-3mal so lang wie breit, auch die oberen deutlich ausgerandet. Haare an den Blättern kaum über 1 mm lang. Blüten einzeln in den Blattwinkeln, 2-3 cm lang, gelb, Fahne aussen behaart und oft rötlich überlaufen.
