Lectotype M: Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia ( NMNH) (Type locality has been corrected after reviewing spelling and corresponding geographical area. Previous record under: "Baranquilla (Magdalena), Colombia"). Distribution in South America: Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela.
