Material examined. Holotype male (04819), China, Guangdong Province, Fengkai County, 23.4ºN / 111.4ºE, IV.20.1988. Leg. X. Wang.
Diagnosis. Apex of superior volsella bent. Digitus tapering to pointed apex. Anal point tapering gradually to pointed apex and with 5 scattered spinules between crests. The species was described in detail by Wang & Zheng 1993: 2 ( Figs. 1, 2 View FIGURES 1 – 2 ).
Additional description of wing: Macrotrichia on membrane: R4+5 80; M1+2 72; M3+4 12. Setae on veins: R4+5 30; M1+2 29; M3+4 8; Cu1 6. R and R1 with setae but difficult to count.
Distribution. The species is known from Guangdong Province (Oriental China).
