Holotype male in FMNH.

Type locality: Lago Chapo, 300 m., 34 km E Puerto Montt, Llanquihue Province, Chile.

Distribution : Chile: Aisén, Cautín , Chiloé , Llanquihue , Malleco , Pallena , Osorno , and Valdivia Provinces.
