Type locality: Km 117 Pan American Highway, 09º28’ N 83º42’20” W, 1800 m, 19 km N San Isidro, San José Province, Costa Rica.
Distribution: Bolivia: Beni Department; Costa Rica: Alajuela, Cartago, Guanacaste, Puntarenas, and San José Provinces; Panama: Chiriquí Province.
