(apparent assignment to group ascutellaris), 2008b: 220, 2010c: 216 (assignment to group).

Holotype male in QCAZ.

Type locality: Achinquianas Cave, 02º55’24” S 77º54’21” W, 260 m, Rio y Aupi, Morona Santiago Province, Ecuador.

Distribution: Ecuador: Morona Santiago and Napo Provinces (in caves).
