Holotype female in SBPC [now in CMNC].

Type locality: 14 km W Atenquique, [Nevado de Colima], Jalisco State, Mexico.

Distribution : Mexico: Jalisco State: known only from type locality. Biology: In forest litter; with somewhat reduced eyes.
