Holotype male in CNCI (nº 20257).

Type locality: Cerro Pelota, 4500 m, 4 km N Sta. Clara, Chiriquí Province, Panama.

Distribution: Costa Rica: Puntarenas Province; Panama: Chiriquí Province.
