= Neocyrtusa Brown, 1937: 161; Daffner, 1989: 271 syn. Type species: Pallodes obsoletus Melsheimer (orig. des.).

Distribution: 12 species—Nearctic, to at least northern Neotropical.

Biology: Unknown; probably fungus feeder in litter in forests.
