Host plant. In Israel larvae feed on Quercus coccifera L. (as Q. calliprinos Webb ) ( Bytinski-Salz & Sternlicht 1967: 130).
Distribution. Europe to Caucasus ( Huemer & Karsholt 1999: 44), Israel, Jordan (new record).
