Diagnosis (from López-González & Drewery 2022): Stalk long and slender. Bilateral symmetry; autozooids nonretractile in the distal region, solitary or in a cluster, without calyces; siphonozooids at the base of the autozooids and below the terminal cluster. Axis rounded in cross-section. Sclerites present, knobby three-flanged, monoaxial spindles or rods. Included genera: Pseudumbellula López-González & Drewery, 2022 ; Solumbellula López-González, 2022 (in López-González & Drewery 2022).
Type genus: Pseudumbellula .
Distribution : Indian , North and South Atlantic and Southern Oceans. From 1033 m to 4851 m depth ( López-González & Drewery 2022).
