Philoliche flava Chainey, 1983 View in CoL
This species was described based on one specimen, taken out from Philoliche beckeri (Bezzi 1901) series in the British Museum of Natural History ( Chainey 1983). This species varies from its nearest relatives, beckeri and omanensis Chainey 1983 in that it is smaller, has an overall reddish-brown color with golden hairs, and only has seven flagellomeres ( Chainey 1983). This species was collected from Yemen ( Chainey 1983).
