Coxal plates with short lines; anterolateral setae on coxisternum І (1b) 12 (11–13), proximal setae on coxisternum І (1a) 18 (15–19), proximal setae on coxisternum І (2a) 35 (32–38). Prosternal apodeme present. Legs with usual series of setae. Legs І 33 (29–33), femur 10 (9–10), basiventral femoral setae (bv) 12 (11–12); genu 4 (4–5), antaxial genual setae (l'') 13 (12–13); tibia 8 (7–8), paraxial tibial setae (l') 4 (4–5), setae located 1/3 from proximal tibial margin; tarsus 5 (5–6); tarsal empodium simple, 4-rayed, tarsal solenidion knobbed. Legs І 26 (23–27), femur 8 (7–8), basiventral femoral setae (bv) 11 (10–11); genu 3 (3–4), antaxial genual setae (l'') 5 (5–6); tibia 5 (4–5); tarsus 5 (5–6); tarsal empodium simple, 4-rayed, tarsal solenidion knobbed. MALE: Unknown.

Type material. Holotype, female, China: Heilongjiang Province, Jingbo Lake, 43.52°N, 128.54°E, elevation 376m. June 29, 2006, from Prunus tomentosa Thunb. (Rosaceae) , coll. Xue, Xiao-Feng and Song, Zi- Wei. Paratypes, 2 females, with the same data as holotype.

Relation to host. Vagrant on leaf surface. No damage to the host was observed.

Etymology. The specific designation jingbois is from the location of host plant and the mites were collected, Jingbo Lake.

Differential diagnosis. This species is similar to A. amygdali Xue & Hong, 2005 , but can be differentiated by median and submedian lines absent (median and submedian lines present in A. amygdali ), prodorsal shield with numerous granules (prodorsal shield without granules in A. amygdali ), female genital coverflap with granules at base (female genital coverflap with transverse lines at base in A. amygdali ).
