Artbeschreibung: wie U. ochroleuca , aber Blattzipfel jederseits mit 3-6 Zähnchen. Krone gelb bis dottergelb (leicht rötlich überlaufen), Unterlippe 9-11 mm lang und 13-15 mm breit, Sporn 4-5 mm lang.
Blütezeit: 5-7
Standort und Verbreitung in der Schweiz: Teiche, Torfgräben, Moorschlenken / kollin / ZH, Verbreitung noch ungenügend bekannt
Verbreitung global: Eurosibirisch-nordamerikanisch
