Material examined— Argentina. Entre Ríos Province: 1/1/0, ditch at Brazo Largo, N of Zarate, 33°54’37,21” S, 58°51’9,24” W, 6-xi-1999.

Distribution — Previously known from Brazil ( Marshall 1919, K. Viets 1936, 1954b, Lundblad 1944), Guyana ( Marshall 1919) and Argentina ( Rosso de Ferradas 1973).
