Taxonomic history. Heinrich (1931) synonymised T. arrogans with the Chinese species, Callajoppa pepsoides ( Smith, 1852) . Sime and Wahl (2002) described a new genus, Quandrus Wahl & Sime, 2002 , with T. pepsoides the type species.

Current taxonomy. Junior synonym of Quandrus pepsoides ( Smith, 1852) ( Ichneumonidae : Ichneumoninae : Heresiarchini ).

Type number. Type 3b.1714. Specimen # NHMUK010881043 About NHMUK

Type status. Holotype.

Sex. Female.

Type locality. Hyôgo Prefecture, Honshû, Japan.

Label data. First label, ‘ Type /H. T.’ (round label, with red margin; printed); second label, ‘B.M. TYPE /HYM./3B.1714.’ (square label; first and second lines printed and third line handwriting); third label, ‘ Japan./Hiogo’ (square label; first line printed and second line handwriting); fourth label, ‘74/16’ (round label; handwriting); fifth label, ‘ Trogus /arrogans./ Type. Smith’ (square label; handwriting).

Condition. Good, but right antenna broken at 16th flagellomere, right fore tibia and tarsus missing.
