Material examined. Kerala: 3♀, 1♂ Malappuram dt., Calicut University Botanical Garden, 10–12.ix.2019, Coll. C. Binoy.
Diagnosis. Black with tegula, fore and mid legs beyond coxae, and metatrochanter, metafemur and metatibia except for ventral margin, reddish-brown ( Fig. 58 View FIGURES 58–61 ); metatarsi brownish-black ( Fig. 58 View FIGURES 58–61 ); wings hyaline (with brown infumation in some specimens); head in frontal view higher than wide, with dense pubescence below level of eyes ( Fig. 59 View FIGURES 58–61 ); scrobe transversely rugose, not reaching median ocellus ( Fig. 59 View FIGURES 58–61 ); scape slightly swollen at base ( Fig. 59 View FIGURES 58–61 ); mesosoma polished with widely spaced setigerous pits ( Fig. 61 View FIGURES 58–61 ); scutellum rounded apically; propodeum with distinct submedian, sublateral and accessorial carinae ( Fig. 61 View FIGURES 58–61 ); metafemur with massive basal tooth followed by long comb of serrulation ( Fig. 60 View FIGURES 58–61 ); metasoma with Gt 1 shagreened, without basal carinae; laterally densely pubescent ( Fig. 61 View FIGURES 58–61 ). Female with long slender antenna; male antenna stouter with a characteristic dent on scape and more densely pubescent body than that of female.
