Larvae have been found in wood of trees in the genera Acacia spp. , Araucaria sp. , Aspidosperma sp. , Ochroma spp. , Phoebe sp. , Spondias mombin L., etc. Adults occur under bark and sometimes in small groups; in hygrophile zone forest.
