The projected lectotypification indicated in 2004 on a label by K.I. Christensen (“Christensen in Strid & Tan, Flora Hellenica 3, 2005”) still remains unpublished. The note on Christensen´s label concerning Cytisus heuffelii Wierzb. ex Griseb. & Schenk var. thessalus Boiss. is erroneous, in Fl. Orient. 2: 53 (1872) Boissier described Cytisus austriacus var. thessalus .
