Distribution. Nearctic, recorded from A/S ( Klimaszewski et al. 2021). Canada: AB, BC, LB, NB, NS, ON, QC, SK, YT. USA: NH (NSR), WI.
Collection and Habitat data. In NH found in leaf litter on a spring edge, and taken by a FIT in a boreal forest. Collected from July to September. In Canada recorded from maple forests, hardwood-dominated stands, old-growth and 50-year-old balsam fir forests, and in clearcuts and uncut stands. Adults in moss and litter near a pond, leaf litter, in Sphagnum , in saturated moss on margin of small, at shaded brook, and in mushrooms ( Webster et al. 2012, Klimaszewski et al. 2021).
Material. USA, New Hampshire, Carroll Co.: The Bowl , 2.5 mi NW Wonalancet, 1.IX.1984, D.S. Chandler, sift leaf litter on spring edge, 1 female . Coos Co.: 1 mi NE East Inlet Dam, 25.VII–7.VIII.1986, D.S. Chandler, FIT, 1 female .
