Distribution. Nearctic. Canada: AB, MB, NB, NF, NS, ON. USA: IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, NH, NY.
Collection and Habitat data. A NH specimen was found in October on the side of a water tower. In Canada found in mixed hardwood and coniferous forests. Taken on/in fresh gilled mushrooms on the forest floor, in decaying gilled mushrooms, and on Pleurotus sp. on log; collected in association with grasses ( Klimaszewski et al. 2009 c, 2011, 2018).
Material. USA, New Hampshire, Strafford Co.: 1 mi SW Durham, 18.X.1987, W.J. Morse, water tower, 1 male .
