Distribution. Nearctic, recorded from A/S (Kliaszewski et al. 2021). Canada: AB, BC, LB, MB, NB, NF, NS, NT, ON, QC, SK, YT. USA: AK, ID, MA, MI, MN, MT, NH (NSR), NY, WI.
Collection and Habitat data. Both NH specimens were captured in a flight intercept trap placed at the margin of a freshwater marsh. In AK one specimen was found under beach rocks at a sandy beach ( Klimaszewski et al. 2021). Elsewhere found in debris near margins of ponds, streams, rivers, and lakes, in marsh refuse, treading in a bog, in flood debris, treading emergent Carex and grasses along a lake margin, on bare mud along margin of slow flowing stream, in calcareous fen in Sphagnum moss and litter, and treading in a bog ( Klimaszewski et al. 2018).
