Distribution. Nearctic, transcontinental in Canada, recorded from A/S ( Klimaszewski et al. 2021). Canada: AB, BC, LB, MB, NB, NF, NS, ON, QC, SK, YT. USA: AK, NH (NSR), NY.
Collection and Habitat data. In NH captured in Fagus litter beside logs, alder and grass litter, litter by stream, and in a mass of mushrooms on a large stump. In AK found in a Betula and Populus tremuloides forest , and in mushrooms. In Canada found in various forest types, usually in mushrooms. Most individuals were in gilled mushrooms and fleshy fungi in various stages of decay; also, in leaf litter and moss, and in a Carex marsh ( Klimaszewski et al. 2021).
