Distribution.

Until now, this species has only been known from Northern Vietnam ( Holzschuh 2021). In the material listed above, Neocerambyx melas is here recorded from China ( Fujian) for the first time. This species should be attributed to the pellitus group sensu Miroshnikov (2020 b).
