Adult. ( Fig. 10E View FIGURE 10 ). Wingspan 14 mm.

Diagnosis. The species can be easily distinguished from its allies by having an orange-white streak from base to near 2/3 of costa and a pair of discal spots on the forewing.

Material examined. 1♀ (holotype) [ South Africa] in NHMUK, Bathurst, G.T. Carter .

Distribution. Gambia ( Walsingham 1881), South Africa ( Vári et al. 2002), Sudan ( Rebel & Zerny 1917).
