Material examined.

NSMT-Mo 64355 (holotype).

Remarks.

Protoconch low, very finely granulated, moderately glossy (the protoconch of the holotype was partly weathered); R2 with ca. 20 low ribs, clearly separated at edge of body whorl; generally ribs more distinct than in S. itonis itonis ; here space between ribs is as wide as individual ribs; no visible space between the ribs closer to the tube, except for those situated close to the end of the tube; no spiral lines visible on R1.
