Size and general aspect as that of L. equestris and L. jacobsoni . Antennae of the male with first joint bearing a process nearly as long as in jacobsoni ; facial shield intermediate between the two species, forehead simply arcuate as in L. equestris , but the inferior angles of the shield a little projecting, but less than in jacobsoni . Fore wing mirror divided much behind the middle by an angulate vein; harp region with 4 oblique veins, of which the fourth is very small.
