Material examined. 3 ♂♂ India: “ Bihar, Kaimur, Kudra , 25˚01.46.2 N,83˚48.51.8 E, 22.12.2021, leg. Devanshu Gupta ” ( NZCI) .

Distribution. India: Bihar and Tamil Nadu ( Ahrens & Fabrizi 2016; this paper).

Remark. This is the first record of this species for Bihar (Kaimur). We have compared the genitalia of M. submucronata from both areas carefully and we found them virtually identical in shape, so that we have to assume at the moment a knowledge of distribution gap for the species.
