Chlorodryinus koreanus Móczár 1983: 192 , type locality: Pyongyan ( North Korea), syn. nov. Dryinus flavus Xu & He 1994: 267 ; synonymized by Olmi (1998d).
Dryinus masneri Olmi 2009: 128 , type locality: Kuta (Kyoto, Japan), syn. nov.
Material examined. Holotype (Ƥ) and paratypes (4 Ƥ) of Mesodryinus indicus : India, Bihar, Pusa ( MNHN). China: Guangdong: Nanling National Nature Reserve, 8–17.VIII.2010, Huayan Chen coll., 8 Ƥ [ SCAU].
Hosts. Lophopidae and Flatidae ( Guglielmino & Olmi 1997; Mita 2009b): in Bangladesh: Pyrilla perpusilla (Walker) (Lophopidae) ; in India: Pyrilla sp. ( Lophopidae ); Flatida marginella (Olivier) (= Phromnia marginella ) ( Flatidae ); in Japan (Ryukyu Islands): Geisha distinctissima (Walker) (Flatidae) .
Distribution. Oriental. China: Zhejiang ( He & Xu 2002), Guangdong (new record); Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, North Korea, and Thailand ( Olmi 1984, 1998d, 2009; Xu & He 1994; He & Xu 2002; Mita 2009b).
Notes. The new synonymies with Chlorodryinus koreanus Móczár and Dryinus masneri Olmi were established after comparison of the type material of Mesodryinus indicus Kieffer with the types of the other two species: Ch. koreanus : North Korea: South Pyongan Province, Pyongyan, Hotel garden, 5–6.VIII.1971, S. Horvatovich and J. Papp coll., female holotype No. 3679 [NMNH]; South Pyongan Province, 14 Km W Pyongyan, Lyong-ak san, 30.VII.1975, J. Papp and A. Vojnits coll, 1 3 paratype No. 3681 [NMNH]; South Pyongan Province, 12 Km NE Pyongyan, De-sang san, 7.VIII.1971, S. Horvatovich and J. Papp coll., male allotype No. 3680 [NMNH]; D. masneri : Japan: Kyoto Prefecture, Kuta, 500 m, 11–13.IX.1996, forest, yellow pan trap, L. Masner coll., female holotype [CNC].
