Notes

Authority: Distant 1892c; Beuk (1998) designated a male Lectotype: "Lectotype [male] (here desginated) of Cosmopsaltria ficulnea Distant: 'Carin Ghecu / 1300-1400 m / L. Fea II-III.88' [printed] and ' Cosmopsaltria / ficulnea / type Dist.' [Distant's handwriting]". Hence the specimen labelled as the Lectotype in NHMUK is actually the Paralectotype. An additional 2 male (1MSNG, 1 NHMUK) paralectotypes were designated.
