Material examined: “SE Zimbabwe | Chipinge, Mt. Selinda | XII. 1998 | Bečvář leg”, two males and one female are deposited in Richard Sehnal collection, Velenice, Czech Republic.

Note. The species was described from Tanzania (Songea, Ruwuma, Mikumi, Hinterland, Dar es Salaam, Bagamoyo, and Kigonsera) ( Lacroix 2010) and subsequently recorded from Kwamgumi ( Lacroix 2013). The new locality reported here represents a new country record for Zimbabwe.
