Holotype: Male. BIOUG31689 -C11, COSTA RICA: Guanacaste: Derrumbe , 10.9292°N, 85.4643°W, 1220 m, 8.i. 2015, D. Janzen and W. Hallwachs [ LACM ENT 366331 ] ( MNCR).
