Description. Crown ( Fig.4 View FIGURES 1–7 ) milky yellow, with indistinct symmetrical yellow stripes at coronal suture and anterior margin. Eyes ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1–7 ) greyish black. Face ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1–7 ) shiny, pale orange to yellow, rostrum orange, without spots or streaks; anteclypeus darker. Pronotum ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1–7 ) and scutellum ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1–7 ) with irregular yellow stripes. Scutellum small, triangular, basal lateral angles yellow, transverse impression obvious. Forewing ( Figs. 5 View FIGURES 1–7 , 17 View FIGURES 8–18 ) orange-red, with orange to brown patterns around brochosome field and area of apical cells brownish, with dark brown spots, clavus with large pale transcommissural area and small median orange spot. Hind wing ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1–7 ) semitransparent. Abdomen and legs concolorous, pale orange to brown.

Abdominal apodemes ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 8–18 ) large, well developed, extending to posterior margin of 5th sternite.

Male genitalia. Pygofer ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 8–18 ) with dorsal margin slightly concave medially, group of small short microsetae scattered near central area. Caudo-dorsal ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 8–18 ) margin roundly produced, with numerous thin microsetae on surface. Style ( Figs. 8, 9 View FIGURES 8–18 ) with 5–6 small microsetae near apex, preapical heel rounded, apex acuminate. Aedeagal shaft ( Figs. 10–12 View FIGURES 8–18 ) with distal processes slightly shorter than half length of shaft, widened near midlength, curved mesad and crossing each other. Connective ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 8–18 ) slightly wider than long.

Measurement. Body length, males 2.5–2.7 mm (including wing).

Specimens examined. Holotype, male, China, Guizhou Prov., Luodian , 700m, 14 Sep. 2018, coll. Xiaowei Yuan ( GZNU) . Paratypes: 10 ♂♂, same data as holotype ( GZNU) ; 63♂♂ China, Guizhou Prov., Luodian , 700m, 13 Jul. 2019, coll. Xiaowei Yuan ( GZNU) .

Remarks. The new species is similar to A. albonigra Dworakowska (1979) , but it differs from the latter in having the large paired aedeagal processes situated at the shaft apex and crossing each other ( Figs. 10–12 View FIGURES 8–18 ); the style with 5–6 small microsetae ( Figs. 9–10 View FIGURES 8–18 ) and the abdominal apodemes ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 8–18 ) almost extended to the anterior margin of the 6th sternite.

Etymology. The new species is named for its type locality “Luodian”, Guizhou, China.
